Slow growth but turned the corner.

The seeds for these cracked on the 12th.... of October. I had 10 plants, sexed them (they were all females) > then killed all but four. These were much taller after sexing and were chopped down 50% about three weeks ago.

Here they are.

WMT finally got the heaters so I added that about a month ago. Keeping the temps at 75.
I also lifted the light way up. When the light is less than 12"-18" I think it's too intense for the plants. They turn yellow and start dying. Three of these now are dark green.

Light bleaching would be obvious if it were to bright
My thought is when you crank up lights they feed heavier and you aren’t increasing feed
Causing them to eat themselves
They were bleached and yellow and dying. These four are finally recovering.

Hmmm
Bleaching is usually in the center of the tops and not correctable to my knowledge
Just wondering if you might have misdiagnosed
But if you say so

Anything is possible. These were much taller, I chopped them down significantly.

The old leaves looked veiny too.

Not sure how it took that long for the plants to get that big even if they were chopped in 1/4. I'd make sure your environment is figured out, get a monitor or something that you can actually look at a hour by hour week by week chart.

Winter came. The plants were growing in 65-67f temps. WMT was out of heaters. The heater was a big help. Yep.

Keep grinding man. Glad they seem to be doing better.

Hey, I have an old Wyze V2 IP camera. I'm open to live streaming the grow., How can I do this?

There's the heater I was mentioning. And the camera I setup.

These plants are crossing the 15" mark. I'm going to flip them next Saturday. They should be 18" or taller by then. I've got a second light I'll be expanding the footprint under as needed.

How's this:

Inside tent temps range between 74.5 and 77.7. You know, just as the heater turns off it's 77.7 and just before the heater turns on it's 74.5.

Humidity is interesting. When I have the humidistat at the top of the tent it reads around 48% while when the humidistat is on the floor it reads around 44%.

I'm using one end of a 5x10 tent w/ two oscillating fans set on the floor at low speed.

Thoughts?

The humidity is a little on the low end. But those temps seem fine. When you say your fans are on the floor, which way are they pointed? Are they tall or short fans?

The fans are the 18" tall fans tilted up. I have a tall fan I'll put in there later.

The tent has four mesh windows along the bottom. Right now I only have one open trying to keep the humidity in. The humidity is highest an hour or two after watering. Then it declines.... It's winter here. 42.2808° N.

I'll get some pics tomorrow.

Tonight I'm going to clone two cuttings from each plant > when the lights go off @ Midnight I'll leave them off until Saturday AM when they'll enter their 12/12 life.

I opened a second vent window on the tent. I'd rather have lower humidity (Mid 40s RH) Vs risking mold.
