slow growing - 1 week from breaking ground

i have seeds that get purple stems, and sometimes I don't. I believe purple stem indicates lockout, and for me is usually from temperature stress while germinating, moisture stress, or nutrient stress. I used light warrior for the first time the other week to germ seeds straight into. I hadn't germed seeds since a long time ago, and usually cloned into rockwool, so i wasn't paying enough attention. Root zone was at a constant 74f, drying the root zone, and also there wasn't enough nutes in the soil after the seedling broke surface. I slowly just gave it a little more water and nutes, and insulated the little pots of soil, and the temps go down to 69, and the plants started to green up on the stem and look healthy. I also forgot to mention i may have had the lights too close..

on the plus side i have a good amount of growth and NO stretch, but it's been a little under a month since planting..

if your using a soil with compost in it i wouldn't worry about nutrients right now, just over/underwatering and proper light+ventilation +temps, which all seem spot on.

i don't know if running your exhaust 1 min on 10 mins off is good, i'd just run it 24/7 but not have the intake blow over the seedlings, but have an oscillating fan that you can adjust manually

I have three different cycle timers I can run, but im using the C.A.P. ART-DNE for my exhaust. I could run it based on temp or RH but that's automated so I figured id just use the cap. There are 3 fans- 1 is a 2 speed centrifugal tower oscilating 90 degree. And it is blowing back n forth across the seedlings top. The other two are small 4w usb(4") desk fans. They are zip tied to the tents corner polls and are blowing very lightly above everything. They are basically for the colas when they are at that point.

I don't mean to over bearing about this guys. I am just more proficient in hydroponics than I am with a never tried/proven soil recipie of my own devise. Its similar to subs, but not at all the same. So I am second guessing myself on my measurements and a proper array of ingredients. I would hate to have an issue arise. Other than that I pretty much have this shit down. I do however greatly apprecieate all the help you guys have given me. There are lots of things I still continue to learn about this great plant and the proper ways to grow it. I gotta say, a lot has been from this site, so Hat off to all you RIU!
