Just a little curious, Is the person who would have got my vote for guerrilla grower of the year moving inside??
HAHA I know you wouldn't give up the great outdoors!!:peace:

Ha, hardly c. I've got too much dirt in my veins. I just want to get a better start this year on them. Yeah but I'm leanin towards a 400. So I'll have my cfl hoods for supplemental lighting. Start at least one batch of clones of each strain I start. I've been reading as much as I can about growing under lights

i think that you'd benefit from 'smart pots' they're soil containers that you can plant right into the ground, they're a little pricey compared to cheapo plastic, but no transplants needed to go outdoors. I also suggest using something with silica while they're indoors to toughen them up.
what'du think?

btw man that papaya you got there is suuuuuuper good smoke. I grew some indoors for my first few grows and man I tell you what I'd like to grow some more of that stuff. My outdoor crops this season where more heady/social type highs "anti-depressent" I would say; but I miss that Papaya man, that was a HEAVY hitter for sure "pain relief" no doubt. here is a link to a few pics of the outcome of my first ever grow. https://www.rollitup.org/indoor-growing/106024-papaya-anyone-8.html

Hmmm, never looked into silica. You mean sand or some kind of new media? Yeah, I'll be making a supply run this week to pick up my needed goodies since the pocket is a little fatter now. :weed:

hey man glad to see you stopped by, so you're already prepping for next seasons outdoor crop?
That's right, I'm gonna get a head start this time instead of planting on April 20, like I did last year. lol

Good to hear you were so pleased with the Papaya. I'm looking forward to trying it. Thx for the link I'll check it out.

My damn pc got infected with a trojan horse over the week so things were hectic until I finally got it cleaned up. grrrrr :spew:

Yeah Nick, Well it slipped past Avast too because I do use it. Also got past my McAfee and actually imbedded itself into the McAfee files as a look a like part of it's virus scan. Uninstalled the McAfee so just using Avast solo for now. Seems to be ok for now, guess time will tell.
I hate those bastard virus'

So here are some candidates for next year. A little trial germ, so far so good. Funny, I started these a couple of days before my DQ & JTR showed up. I see some Bubblelicious, Papaya, Violator Kush, and Sleestack x Skunk breaking through. :weed:

Yep, 2010 is getting closer...

Hey C, back at ya. LOL, I'm gonna get a 400w light for my moms and clones. A bigger footprint to get them going strong. I'll prolly shoot for a hundred or so. lol I got to scale back, that watering is killing me. ha

Gonna be quality over quantity this year.:weed:

Yeppers, still looking for my cali beans though, lol. :hump:

So I'm trying new things already with the rapid rooters and starting early and all. A stupid question but since I'm about ready to transplant the rooters into solo cups how about drainage holes in the cups???? I don't recall seeing them in the pics of people using them but comman sense tells me to add some. What's the best way? A pocketknife or a hole punch or none at all?

Thanks to all for seeing me through '09 and be sure to watch for my new grow thread.
