Should I bust out a can of woop ass?

So I harvested some of my outdoor tonight and am breaking it down to put in a net dryer called "The Rack". I had seen some spidy mites on the plants that are done. I was thinking to fill up the rack and them blast off a can of Pyreth-It fogger, has anyone else done this or will this ruin the harvest? All help would be appriciated......

Do not do this it will be very bad for the end users. Best bet is to maybe wash the buds off with some cool water then put them under a fan to keep them from molding. Good luck

That might be ok if you water cure. I'm not sure as I've never done it but I've heard good things about it. Supposedly it removes all the chemicals and gives you a nice smoke but diminishes your end weight.

i would also like to kno the best way to get them off cuz it seems like ima have that same problem

I have used a vacuum in the past just remember to toss the bag away before the mites can crawl back out.

just smokem...they wont hurt you. lol

, I atleast I know what it is now. They can ruin everything in no time at all!! I thought thats what they were cause there is this web lookin stuff all over them. Thanks

i seen it from someone on here that u just cut your harvest and hang them up, once the bud starts to dry
all the mites always go to the highest point of the bud wich would be the stem once they do that take the buds outside one by one
knockem of and kill them, that way u arent spraying or wetting your buds and harming the end product they always run to the highest point
try it i have it works

good point. i guess they would just look for a new home when the plants dry

a lot of mine is drying now. Its my first time and I had no idea it was that much work manicuring! I thought I was halfway when I quit last night but I've spent 3 more hours today! I could imagine how long it would take if they hadnt ruined half of it! Little bastards! Well. I saw that post too, and it says that you will be able to see them in a wad at the top of the stem? I will let yall know if I see a convoy of mites marching up my stems!

Its probably my fav part of growing but damn it takes a ton of time. I have a tv in the grow room that I use when I trim cuz im in there for hours lol. Ill grab a pepsi my bowl and a jar of buds. some smokes and the ash tray then im good to go for usually 3 or 4 hours till i need a rest. I guess it could go faster but i like to do a really good job.
