Should I be concerned?

I was torn to see if I should post this here or in newbie and decided to come here.

my plant is about a week old and I am seeing some yellow toward the center of the leaves, should I be concerned or just keep on keeping on?

also, if it is to be concerning what can I do to correct?

additional info:
24 degrees C
55% RH
Lights: 300w full spectrum LED panel
Gorilla glue auto

go easy on me, it’s my first grow.

Be careful watering a plant that small in a pot that big. It's exceptionally easy to over water, and that can cause all manner of havoc. Don't saturate the medium until runoff at first.
Thanks for the feedback. I know it’s a loaded question, should I water at half til the plant is established?

I was going to mention something along those lines, but it's kind of a sticky point. What I'd do is 8-10 ounces for the first two or three waterings. That should allow it to establish some roots. Then I'd start feeding to runoff.

A good way to tell if you're letting it dry out enough is put a second pot of equal size with dry medium next to the potted plant. When you go to check, pick both pots up. If they are relatively equivalent in weight, it's time to water.
