So, i was happy today when i went to the fedex facility to pickup 4 bridgelux vero 29 gen 7 SE chips that i bought from arrow.com, the model BXRC-30G10K0-C-73-SE, those are 70v ,3000k and 90CRI
But, when i opened the box,first of all, the products that i had ordered was the BXRC-30G10K0-C-73-SE, As you can see in the pictures attached, the product that i recieved was the :BXRC-30G10K0-C-72-SE,Since this is irrelevant for the use that i am going to give to this chips, the only difference is the CCT, wich is 2,3 and 4, and reading throug this forum i saw that there was no difference.
Now, the real complaint is the shipping, picked up the package and have to sign it before i can open to see if there was any problem, when i move just a little bit the box, i could hear the cobs moving through the box.
Only two CoBs were on place, the other 2 parts were at the bottom of the box as you can see in the pictures attached.
And this is not the worst part, the CoBs are scratched in the thermal surface, i am very concernd that i have problems with temperatures....
So , do you think that i am going to have any problems with those? it's reccomended to power them up or i just wait for arrow to give me a response?
