That's cool, but I feel you've been lead to the misconception that one needs to be Sacraficed for the other. NO sir... When your spectrum is balanced, you can outperform what others call the biggest yielding light to their knowledge as we'll as destroy another specific one in quality, apeal & labs. Leds have been tunable for a Long time. I use macro + micro phase specific lighting throughout the day, use 20% less electricity(lower DLI) while Yeilding the same amount as the same light running full blast one spectrum. I can construct a better light with a stack of cookie sheets and be 97-99% as efficient and with superior results verses weight

It's apples verses oranges in my mind. I'm all about the results, inter nodes, hormonal response.... What makes the plants happy
Key is color of the full spectrum... plus IR 660 and UV ratio. Anything over 3800k is overrated IMO
Personally I like the lm301h 3500k the best
