I didn’t get the results I was looking for with my Mars TSL2000 until I cranked it up to 100% and raised it 30” above canopy. The small, struggling plants instantly starting living the good life
That will slow growth, you want low 80's under led, they don't have IR to raise leaf temps above air temp like HPS etc.

So with my current temp at 72F and RH at 55% I appear to be within check for VPD although I could lower is 5% to improve?leaf temps

Yes, but an insignificant amount of IR compared to hid, not enough to raise leaf temp reletive to air temp. They add a few IR diodes so they can advertize IR. Check the air temp in the chart Osbuds posted.
It looks like you are off to a good start, higher air temp with corresponding vpd will reward you with faster growth. Then add a carbon filter because there will be more odor. And get a fan in there for air circulation.
Oh, and 100% on the light for flower. They'll get droopy by the end of day if it's too much.

So i ended up lowering my RH to 45% so VPD should be better now, I hear you in the IR, you think its worth to get a seperate ir light? I will look into raising temps too, Carbon filter and inline I do have, its an ac infinity t6 with 6" carbon filter ducted outside the tent. I will try 100% on lights, thanks for the knowledge bro! I don't know about an IR light, some run LED and HPS. Reduding exhaust flow is a primary way to raise temp and humidity. Does your t6 have the temp/humidity controller? I run my exhaust fan with an inkbird humidity controller. Another inkbird controlls the window AC, the temp prob is in the tent. A few weeks ago it was controlling a heat mat.
