Has anyone gotten in any trouble at all ordering and receiving edible 0 THC hemp seeds just because it may be illegally harvested? Also what proof do they have, if they didn't dispose of the evidence or opened the package basically ruining the integrity of the evidence, what are they going to test it for and find?
If you look at some of the stories about people getting busted for anything especially in legal states it's because they were stupid and/or greedy.

I attempted to purchase seeds from overseas for USA delivery. Got a nice little note in the delivered package that they had been confiscated. I use Strainly now, and only from American shippers.
