Seeds For Hash

Im still trying to decide where to buy/obtain seeds from, I live in the U.S. so its proving difficult for me so far. If anyone in the U.S. has recently had a good experience ordering seeds online please PM me. However I have no problems buying street buds and getting seeds from that. I know I cant use them to get good quality bud for smoking, BUT my question is:

1)Are 'street' seeds good enough to grow plants for use in making hash?
(or does the quality of the hash directly relate to the quality of the pot?)

you can grow really good plants from bag seed. if your weed is filled with seeds then i'd skip over that bag when looking for seeds. if you happen to score a bag of good bud with a few seeds then your chances are better of finding soemthing good.
hash is about resin... if the plants aren't resiny/covered in crystals then it won't make good hash. the other issue is the amount of material it takes to make any quantity of hash. you'd be growing pounds and pounds just to make small amount of hash.
dr chronic still sells to the states i think cannabis seeds from dr chronic. if had to purchase beens i would go there.

bag seeds are usually unstable genetics. Those seeds came from plants that were either stressed out or hermied.

order from a U.S. Based seed bank. Or find a dispensary that sells seeds or go to a festival like the cannabis cup, hempcom, emerald cup, etc.... and get seeds there.

collecting seed packs / strains can be addicting. Like baseball cards in the 80's

Nature's green remedies, hemp depot, peak seeds, SVOC, kind seeds are all in north america and reliable. Then there is herbies, seedsman, and others from the UK. Order seeds and you should get them. The worst thing is that customs destroys your beans but even if they do, they don't work in tandem with local law enforcements so odds are nothing comes of it.

WTF, this thread is from 2006? I just noticed that. So I'm sure OP has ordered seeds by now! LOL.
