Seedlings under plastic bag

Hi, I'd like to ask if it is okay to have the seedlings 1 week old (now in a one-gallon pot) covered with a plastic bag to keep the moisture inside. Or any tips on how to provide the best environment for them to thrive? Until now they were in a covered tray but in those pots they won't fit inside. Thanks for any response

A lot of people don't do anything as they are worried about damping off. You can use a clear solo cup though easily, just make sure to get it some fresh air and don't overwater.
