Seedlings keep dying?

So this is my first official grow and I made my first mistake by overwatering and my first plant damped overnight and died after sprouting about 3 cm. Ok so moved on and germinated another seed, and was happy it sprouted again, watered appropriately, but now it's not growing and showing odd signs on the little leaves it has. I'm genuinely confused if theres something in my room killing it, or maybe perhaps my lights are too close?

I'm using two 6500K x 19W LED's that I found in my house. They're about a 1.5-2FT above my solo cups in Happy Frog soil. 75 degrees with humidity lingering around 35-40. Put a few drops of hydrogen peroxide and water mix in case something in my room was infecting the seedling :

Gently mist her and pull the shell off the tip of the seedling so she can open up

Try to remove this gently

Makes me nervous but I'll try!

I also did a small test with my 6500K lights and don't know if this could be an issue. There's not much in the 400nm as I had thought, and the lux was on the lower end for sure. I'm assuming that could cause problems?

Ok , did it but .. man... its barely standing now. Also switched to my grow lights. Hopefully it helps.

give it a day to perk up man light is not an issue for babys

Don't worry about that stuff right now. Put some light on it and let it grow. I use 6500K lights for seedlings and veg so that has nothing to do with anything. You need to focus on just keeping the seedling alive. Don't get distracted with light spectrums and all that stuff right now. Your first seedling died so you need to be laser focused with this one. Worrying about the light spectrum at this stage is just a distraction.

Just to put your mind at ease regarding 6500k lights these were all started under 6500k lights. They were T5's but 6500k bulbs.
