Seedlings and MH

Gwe dot com isn't a bad reference point at all. A lot of it is (obviously) directed to people who are like "what's this curing word I keep hearing". I feel like it's just training wheels to get your vocabulary on par to talk to people on here.

I start all my cuts and seeds under a 600 mh. Just put them off to the side for indirect lighting. I used to use a 400W 4ft T5 but couldn't see paying to run it for 1-3 plants every few weeks when I have a 600 going 18hrs/day all the time. Seeds in the wild don't get low light condition to start, full sun once they break ground, why do it any different indoors?

That's what common sense has always told me. I assume weak lights up close is just to save electricity. Which is great but not my current concern. Getting to jars is. I'll setup a nice second room once I get there

Sorry pal, had a busy weekend.

Here's a hollands hope seedling I have with three cotyledons - my little mutant.

I'll gather up a few more pics from another grow I have from seed later & do up a timeline - so to speak. Ranging from a week to six weeks.
I've a few with some rare shaped cotyledons on various plants this run.
Rest I have are clones.

How you getting on anyway?

They're growing faster than I expected considering they're mainly focusing on roots. When they hit the bottom of this hempy cup they're gonna blow up. Just hoping I get the other 5 I have down to pop. I went through the jiffy pellets and carefully split them and a few ended up way too deep, one didn't pop at all, and one had the tap root going around the seed shell. I have them in rapid rooters and I soaked 3 more beans last night just to try and make sure I'm a few weeks into veg with at least ten to cull males from.
