Seedling Newb Guidance Needed

I'm trying growing from seeds for the first time. My other two grows were clones. I'm documenting everything in the grow journal in my signature.

So far I have them under a 150w blurple light 24/0. I do have a 450w Mars Hydro TS3000 in my tent, which is currently unoccupied. I recently rearranged my area and mounted the blurple light. My plan is to use it for veg while flowering happens in the tent. I started these seeds under the blurple because I thought the big light might be too much. At what point should I move my seedlings to the big light?

I'm also still keeping them under a humidity dome. When should I lose the dome? I've been removing it for 20 minutes occasionally and letting a fan blow on them.

Seeing my first roots today. The fuzz is hairs, right?

Domes are good for seed starting, but when they pop the dome goes off.
It keeps them at a stable temp/humidity for germination, or for clones that are still rooting.

Most Bluples work fine for clones and vegging, I still use mine when needed, like winterrr. Might as well use it till you re pot.

Now is a good time to inoculate those little roots and filament hairs with mycos , they would love it.

Cool. The dome is gone now. I like the idea of changing lights when I transplant to 1.7 gal pots.

Mycos is probably why the roots look like they do. I used Recharge for the first time three days ago.
