I am a new grower but have some knoledge on plants and quemistry. This is my first indoor grow, HAD TO TRANSPLANT one week old seeldings(ALPINE OG FEM) i had to beacuse i put them into "jiffy pots"an ended up absorbing a bunch of water. I transplanted them into normal plastic pots with plenty holes tyo drain. MY QUESTION IS Will the seeldings make and if they do what will the "transplant shock"do to theire overall growth???. One the transplants whent smoothly as butter the other one crubled so i just whant to know what to expect and if i have to germinate a couple of more seeds.

They will be fine stunted but will make a full recovery unless you have a stem with the top broken off and expect it to grow back anytime you ask will it make it pictures help because we don't know what your working with

Minimum amount of lighting needed is around 2000 lumens per square foot.
(Two – 23 watt CFL’s, per square foot*)

Mid range is around 5000 lumens per square foot.
(Three - 23 watt CFL’s, per square foot*)

Optimal is 7000-7500, or higher, lumens per square foot.
(Five – 23 watt CFL’s, per square foot*) compare to your ufo but I know it's not anuff that's per plant
