seedling help!!

It's been 6 days since planting into ff ocean forest with earthworm castings and a nice amount of perlite. I have had 8 26 watt cfls on her and I was wondering if she looks healthy and could I add some super thrive to help her out.

That's what happen to me also using FFOF it's not good to start seeds in as you can tell
you add anything to it well die looks wet as it is
have more seeds to try again in something different

get some airflow moving in there so it dries out faster, tht shits too wet. FFOF can be a little hot for seedlings, but nothing tht they can't survive in...they are overwatered, aint the soil...dnt start giving it superthrive lol...ST is mostly just synthetic vita b, mostly helpful for clones/cuttings imo...she's got everything she needs in the dirt already

i agree with ayron way to wet do you have drain holes in the cups ,you need air flw to help dry and strengthen stems,ffof is good for a least a month ,at that stage i use clone tek 2 ml per gallon .i use the same soil and clone tek by skunk labs when the roots come out drain hole transplant to up pot

Super thrive?? At that stage?? You're kidding right...you shouldn't be feeding your seedlings anything besides water at that stage.

I have good airflow on them at all times I had just watered when I took these pics. is there any coming back for her if it's just over watered? don't have that many seeds left do u guys know any seed banks that orders make it into the u.s?

and I also do have drain holes at the bottom. I also added extra perlite and earthworm castings to the ffof soil
