Hey, what if there is one plant that has shedded its seed, but after 24 hours still has a membrane from the seed over the leaves preventing the leaves from opening - should this be removed or will it shock the plant?
REMOVE IT! Use tweezers and very gently pull it off or the leafes could become deformed and stunt the plant slightly, at least in the early stages of growth. I have always removed it on my seeds and so far so good!
