Zombie plant rises

I planted a seed on the 30th of June and over the next couple days the leaves popped out and died instantly I put it down to overwatering so I turned everything off and ordered some new seeds (I'm learning the basics), my seeds came on the 17th of July so I cleared everything to make way for a new grow but I found this little zombie plant (Stardawg Auto) growing out the side of the pot, what should I do to get this little one going or should I just give up and start again I have put the plant in a 10 liter fabric pot so it is central, the leaves were yellow but they've turned green and it's been under the lights for 17 hours at the time of posting. Thanks.

I'm just gonna start again and I've got a 250w hps in a 2x2 grow tent just for a one plant grow.
 
The plant pot is too big for a seedling and your light is too far away. That's why the seedling stretched so much. Because the light is too far away. 40.2c is too hot as well. You don't want to go over 28c and seedlings prefer slightly lower temps. Around 23c - 24c. 50% humidity is too low for seedlings as well. You want to aim for about 60 - 70% humidity for seedlings.

Brilliant, thank you for the tips, how far away should I put my light? I will try to aim for those numbers next time around.
 
get a ppfd meter phone app and aim for 25000 lux (if you have an old cheap phone app might be usless.test it out by putting it close to the light it will show max value it is capable of)

I have tossed seeds in the garden for them to come up years later it's extremely common with the Himalayan varieties especially cos some stuff goes dormant and takes its time to break it regardless u need more light for sure bud
