Seed makers who outsource their seed production...

I wouldn't be surprised at all if all the major American seed sellers didn't do this. They are also the ones driving the HpLVd pandemic. I can't begin to imagine how many packs of viroid tainted seeds were produced by these people in the past couple of years, and now they are sitting in people's collections, including my own, landmines waiting to go off. This is why strict biocontrol procedures are important even when working with seeds only, and it's also why anyone who is breeding, for fun or profit, should test all keeper plants. This viroid is a serious threat to cannabis biodiversity, which is already being lost via hybridization in the landrace source countries, at an alarming rate.
Not in my collection. I've never bought seeds from US outfits. Everything I've purchased came from overseas. Much of it from Spain and it's all good stuff. I never was impressed with the stupid names, packaging, and excessive cost so I went straight to Europe and am extremely satisfied with the genetics I've acquired which include a large collection of landraces. Others can bend over and pay $300 for a pack of pollen chucks. I have no desire to even grow Chocolate Sauce Snowberry Kush Haze from some pollen chucker that just splashed on the scene and is big on Instagram.

I will add that there are lots of US breeders that don't outsource, that sell F1 "chucks" for cheap (or give away), and some even work lines, and plenty that aren't IG douchebags. I'm not trying to disagree with what you're saying, but not all US seed makers/breeders are what you're describing.

I was talking bout bulk seeds. Not guys that have a legit network of good growers making beans. You do notice many more offerings of “bulk” from some growers and seedbanks. I took it to mean a lot of trash bulk grown in Spain etc. didn’t DNA and karma both have some sort of Spanish bean probs? Those be smoked beans this year with all the fires Spain had. I’ll have to go back but Atlas was the specific name mentioned

I love me a good ol' F1 chuck as long as it's been tested and there are pictures. Yeah, many of the names are goofy but at the end of the day, the names mean nothing in comparison to looks, taste, smell, and effects. You don't smoke the name.

I agree. There are some that are decent but I never bought from them because of the payment methods offered when I was making some large seed purchases. I don't send cash in the mail. I'm surprised that most don't have a bitcoin payment option.

Not a tiki fan or advocate but his new drop will come with “certificates “ of the seeds themselves not having the viroid

From what I understand both gradiflora and compound genetics outsource to The Bank. I’m sure many others do as well. As far as compound genetics being sold in Europe all of those are being produced in Europe as well

What is the point of this question OP? Are you looking how to get discounts on big brands or are you just trying to find out who does the work?

I think the important thing is the seed seller is honest. If the line was worked, tell how. If it's a pollen chuck, say so.

Some pollen chucks can produce better weed than a worked line. Some, obviously, do not.
Some of the best weed I've ever consumed was stuff I chucked on a hunch. Some of the most bunk weed I've ever had, was stuff I pollen chucked.

If the "breeder" offers no description, I usually assume it's a pollen chuck, which can be good or bad, depending on what the buyer is looking for.
