Seed germination question

There is nothing different about starting a cannabis seed or a pepper, tomato, squash, corn, cucumber, etc... seed. Plant it and provide moisture. The cannabis growing world is full of unnecessary processes, voodoo, snake oil, etc... Just plant it and let it grow. Many people do too much. Cannabis doesn't require anything different than other plants.

Nice peppers

You shouldn't have a problem, pepper seeds are MUCH more finicky than cannabis seeds.
