With the side's lifted at the bottom and the doors zipped closed, the cold air is convected up to the top east or west gable keeping the temp 7-9 degrees below the outside temp. Rolling up the front and back door panels makes no difference in the temp. This is the way the GH is left at night.

I bought 30 of those tarp clips and used every one. The transom needs (8) clips across and two of them on each side of the zippers for support.

The 3' x 50' roll of 2x4 wire ceiling is a straightforward application. Cut 2 pieces 9 ft. long and leave the tangs full length. Each ceiling panel is 3' wide, so two runs will cover.
Roll the wire ends with needle-nose pliers into a circle. Make the circle even so there's no metal burrs. These eyelets can be used to position the wire-mesh from touching the fabric. Secure the 2x4 mesh with zip-ties. Home Depot sells a bag of 100. They're industrial strength.
The top rail of the GH has a triple layer of clear Gorilla Tape to isolate the wire ends from ever touching the GH covering. I'm happy with it. It's a secure GH for the So. Calif. climate.
I believe using a 6-12" room fan, that the temp. can be kept below 96-degres or less.
Light Dep?
Too hot using today's gray/black tarps. Maybe one day, a black denier nylon that's light proof and lightweight.

Done!

There's three adult plants in there that have been LST-ed and tied-down into star patterns for the last 15 wks. And there's four teens that are flowering, so I have to let them do their thing, and hope I can reap a late harvest from them and the remaining popcorn buds will be allowed to grow-on until they size-up. I'm going to use the remaining 2x4" wire roll to make cages around the 7-gal pots for colas to lean on. Now it's getting fun.
It's hard to see the plants in there. Maybe when they get bigger.

Wondering? Can I leave my 7-gal pots on those white platforms with dolly wheels while they live out their lives in the green house? I think that even though the concrete is sealed, the concrete might still leach all of the water from the bottom of the pots. ? Any opinions would be appreciated.

Today, if you search for SecureGrow greenhouses it's not there. The Safe Grow greenhouses are available, but the surround is 2x4 wire, not chain link. SecureGrow was developed and marketed by a fellow whose wife had cancer. Thanks for mine. Here's some pics of what I use to vent: The bottom skirt lifted about 8-12" and two fans; one an oscillating table fan for leaf movement, and the newest delivered today, a (amazon) Honeywell 950 vortex pointed towards the ceiling. Both operate all day on low-speed, and draw only 0.6 amps (on "high" speed).
I released the plants from their LST foam-wires @ 15 weeks when they finally made it in to the GH, and made 4x4 sections from the 2x4 fencing so the colas could naturally fall through. No branches are under stress. The GH stays at 10-degrees or lower than the outside air. It took me 4-months to figure out and execute the modification, and it is a property asset. I've seen that replacement fiberglass-reinforced GH sheeting is available online. That's good. I think that repairs can be made with a combination or big-head pop rivets and brass grommet kits. Of note: These plants were majorly stripped (clipped actually with sterile scissors) at 13weeks, and received another 2 weeks of direct, hot sun and flowering nutes w/ Epsom salt. The farmer said I stunted cola mass. Now he's wondering why I didn't strip only half of them and see which ones did better. I would have but I was running out of grow-room at the time - so I did what was needed. Clipped them down, yeah, but not removing any leaves that were almost attached to buds. Only cutting the "source of all things nurturable" big leaves that were hiding "nug-leaves". gro.1.JPG gro.2.JPG gro.4.JPG gro.5.JPG gro.7.JPG

gro.8.JPG gro.9.JPG gro.10.JPG Finished GH and thriving plants. I found that putting the Honeywell 905 fan just forward of the middle of the GH weill distribute the hot air in the ceiling creating the needed convection current. Placing the Honeywell fan so, had lowered the temp the most. Here's the pics: One oscillating table fan on "low" and the black "905" on low and pointed straight-up.

gBox.2.JPG gBox.1.JPG Wow Man, this is alot of pix and text to load. Sorry.
Here's the supply unit for the greenhouse.

I've ordered the NextLight Mini (veg & bloom) LED to go in here.

I have a 2ft. T-5 that I'm using for Tokyo and Pez (the sativa with no ceiling).
That's the floor insert as well. Vent flap on the bottom left is skewed to show it's there.
