My SOS experience has been as follows: order my beans mid October, a few days later my money leaves my account. I get no response to any of my initial emails for a month until I basically begged for a response. They apologise and tell me they'll look into it. Over the course of the next month I keep prompting for updates every WEEK or so, as I don't hear anything otherwise, and they say they are looking for my order, I provide names, dates, and reference numbers and they just said check with you bank, we can't find the payment. So after more than two months, I'm $200 out of pocket, and still beanless. If this problem gets sorted, I will happily admit I was wrong, but at the moment I'm pretty disappointed to say the least. I'm going to try a different bank soon so any recommendations are welcome. I hate to slag people off, and if there is a problem with the bank I understand that shit happens, but 2 months is a joke.
