Scrog or not to scrog

Ok opinion, i know everyone has one, last run i used scrog method didnt seem like i got nearly the weight as when i just lst, also last run and i know it had to be a factor in part of it my ac went bad and temps were around 100° for first lets say 3-4 weeks. So question is do i go back to just lst or give the screen another shot ?
Grow area is 5x4
Usually run 600w hps but going to throw a 1000w in there this run since temps are cooler
I run co2, sealed room
And have new ac
Opinions ??

I supported scroging until i needed the mobility.

SCROG those with a double ended 600w HPS for that space, or two singles spaced further apart. Cooltubes with exterior intakes and exhausts to your sealed space would be ideal for heat mitigation.

Make sure you fill your screen properly and give a good light intensity.

Have plenty of ventilation through my light i dont vent room i keepit sealed i run co2 at 1500 ppm
