Scrog help please.

Hey yall I've got four little two week old plants currently, that I would like to set up in a scrog grow due to the area I have, I've seen a few setups but still am quite confused on how, or when to start it. I'm running my plants on 12/12 and they have been since sprouting, due to limited space and the fact that I have a female flowering right next to them, which I should be harvesting soon.
Questions then were.
When can or should I start a scrog grow.
can I do it with the 12/12. and has anyone got any tips for getting started on it.

12/12 from seed is more conducive to Sea of Green than SCROG. The idea with SCROG is letting your plants veg more(under 18/6) so you can feed them through the screen, allowing you to grow tall plants horizontally. Depending on strain, your plants may only grow to be 12" if doing 12/12 from seed. That's not big enough to make good use of the screen.

I was wondering that same thing looking at them yesterday, i've noticed the bush like shapes theyre taking.
