SCROG advice please

Hi gang, I have a little stealth grow going, using an ebb and flow setup. I got off to a rocky start by putting the seedling into the system too early and then using a dud pH meter and the plant suffering for a couple of weeks with very low pH.

Anyway, it came back to health with a vengeance and ended up being 10 weeks in veg (including the sick/recovery time). During veg I had been doing LST with the intention of running a SCROG. I dabbled with some SCROG grows a few years ago and thought I remembered everything from then so didn't bother doing any research (yeah, dickhead lol). So, I flipped the plant a week ago and when I did, all the bud sites were reasonably level with just the bud sites poking through the screen. Everything below the screen, I removed. As you can see in the pics, the plant is healthy but from not doing any weaving, everything's shooting verticaI and I have a lot of wasted space. There're also a lot of small bud sites now above the screen but below the canopy and main sites and not receiving much light.

Is it too late to start weaving? The stems are still quite pliable above the screen

Should I get rid of the sites like in the circle or will they benefit from some weaving and so worth keeping?

Thanks, I appreciate any advice

I start weaving as soon as the plants start reaching my first net. Then i weave throughout veg and prior to flip, I have a nice level canopy.

once you flip though everything starts stretching so the canopy is going to be much less even. Put another net up to support all those tops that you got. Looks like a good first go for sure.

Trim all the growth under the net, it’s just going to take energy and not produce anything you want to keep.

Weave as long as it’s possible to move the branch. And with minimal damage to the bud. I do it for like a month after placing the screen on a plant that was topped and supercropped.

I'm just now tying them down and tying them down as I don't want to drag the bigger tops through the screen. They're still plenty pliable though so should achieve the same result
