No actually. Organic chemicals are carbon compounds, and almost all carbon compounds are counted as organic. Interestingly, the one the plant uses (carbon dioxide) is inorganic, even if it all came through an animal or plant. cn
yeah i know what ur saying... to dumb it down for everyone to understand better = when u feed chem. nutes your feeding your plant... when your going organic your feeding the beneificial bacteria in your soil who in turn feed your plant..thats why it takes a few days atleast for your plant to feel the nutes... while harsh ass shit like urea nitrogen shows affect much faster
Personally I avoid urea nitrogen like the plague ... and ammoniac nitrogen as much as possible. The plant does store those, and it can have the results you've described. Ammonium salts were used as flame retardants. cn

the good thing about chemical nutes is they show you when you used too much on them they let u know that much more quicker then organics do.. ands it soo much easier to flush the soil of chem. nutes then organic ones..Calcium and potassium nitrates. I have used ammonium nitrate as an "emergency N boost", but promptly overdid it.

I think the 'pimp is saying he's hip to curing. I also believe in the value of a good slow cure, but i agree almost entirely with him about flushing. I do see it as useful for washing out a salt buildup in the soil. I had to do that halfway through my soil grow last year. cn
