it was hot and i just wasn't into it...going to grind it up anyways..
im doing a better job on the bigger plants...
weather is awesome....no mold in 2 days...
not a lot of trimming today..

Curious, Is Cherry Kush the same as Cherry Pie, or a totally different strain? Grow I am helping with has a Cherry Pie, and it looks and smells awesome, and I've read great stuff about it

i don't think they are the same...i have never been too impressed with cherry pie...but only had it a handful of times...
my cherry kush smells like wine,cherries,grapes and kush...
i think cherry pie and gsc are siblings....

Not too sure though.

According to the video @ around 3:30, the breeder says there's no cherry pie in gsc. Says cherry pie is more like a sister to gsc.

According to the video gsc = F1Durbin x "a specific OG Kush" and cherry pie = F1Durbin x GDP

oh and yeah I'm finding seeds...got like 6 or 8 so far...that more than all of last year's crop...
going to start trimming cherry kush tonight...

It's getting to be about that time isn't it? I'm trying real hard to get my girls as ripe as possible still haven't cut anything yet. Bummer on mold! where you getting alot of fog? its been ridiculously clear for the last 2 weeks for me.

happy trimming man, don't forget to take breaks to avoid getting carpel tunnel!

yeah fog has kind of quit...it was just a few days...
did some damage...but it seems all is well..
im way north of you...
i'm hoping i can stay out for 3 more weeks..
did about 6 hours of trimming today...
not too bad...

trimming cherry kush...first plant i grew that i couldn't get it inside the house...
the kush smell is coming out way more now that it's half dry...
should be trimming till late tonight...
got everything else jarred...
i also need to get out to the garden for their last feeding...
busy day is busy....
ill have pics and some weights at some point here...

Mold is kicking my ass right now, I have lost about 8 tops to mold, I cut it out and salvaged what I could, I want to let my plants got 3 more weeks if this mold stops... Your plants stalks are beast, I should call them tree trunks actually lol

I'm chopping tonight because of it. I'll take some pics and post them if Tecc doesn't get to it first.

-Look for sugar leaves curling up or turning brown. Give them a little tug, if they pull out fairly freely... mould :( at that point spread the bud apart and take a look inside. The inner bud will have a grey fuzzy look to it and some of the plant matter will be a brown mushy mees :cry:

-Look for brown "dead" spots on the buds.. this showing a progression past the dead / dying sugar leaf.

If you can wait 15hrs I'll have pics ;)

i have lots of work in the garden to do today...picking deadys and might feed one last time...

i don't think anything else will be ready for 2 weeks..
but mold might come knocking again..
anyone else use weather.com? said it's going to be crazy hot on Monday...
