Most people just use U channel for heatsinks. Unless your driving them hard heatsinks really arent needed. Finding a predrilled heatsink matching Sammy's I dont think is gonna happen. Unless you get kits like from the I think @welight is who has them maybe. Not that I know of anyhow. Or buy sinks from heatsinkusa and drill them yourself.

place module on aluminum, draw hole guides, take flat aluminum bar to garage, drill out holes, place thermal compound on bar and spread it out (with a credit card), place light module on bar, align holes, screw in machine screws with same hole size.

Q-series don't need thermal grease. Simply screw them on an alu sheet or alu strips. You can also use them without heatsinks because of their low wattage. Other 2ft. strips like F-series run with 25w and reach 65°C with no heat sink. This means you could drive Q-series even at max. current(900mA/~21w) without any type of heat sink.

Depends how hard you look... I have them all.
Q series are shit. Thermals are so bad because of the thick Fr4 pcb, i wouldn't even consider them as an option.

You have them already predrilled for q series strips? I thought yours fit f series and H inFlux_L06 strips? Bc the q series arent even close to those as the same pattern. I still stand by my post they dont make pre drilled heatsinks for Q series strips

Here's a fixture I got from Diyleduk with L09s with the blue heatsinks.
Very PARful light.

Thinking of import duties... ya know.
But seeing as you can get the strips fer next til nothing maybe you and @diyled could come to some sort of arrangement.....?
Just cut me in for 10 strips for setting up the deal..........

Yeah I am in the states. He told me he woukdnt have the sinks till after the first. I use U channel. But I'm always building lights. Jus for fun. And I sell them too. But I want like 25-30 sinks to build them. I could prob 2ork out something for deals on strips and his sinks. For some nice lookn lights

I jus like that anodized heatsink. I have buddy that does powder coating. I have some getting powder coated anodized red from heatsink right now. But their profiles are bland and the find are super close together on the 1" profile. The wider ones arent so bad.

F series, H inFlux_L0x strips, bridgelux eb series gen 2s. Thise 3 are the top 3 strips. Not in any order.

The strips went up everywhere. All strips. The tariff tax went up at Jan 1st. If you're in the states.You're gonna pay 14-20 for f series single row, and 20-40 for double row. And more for the H inFlux strips. Unless you get discount for bulk ordering. Or have a company account. You're gonna pay around that price per strip. You're about 16 months to late for super cheap deals on strips unless you buy a bunch. Like 20+
