Rust spots on leaves

Hi growers, my plant's have currently been in wk3 of vegetation stage, and one of them has rust spots on leaves. I tried to match it's appearance to the deficiency chart but can't be sure about the reason. I am newbie in indoor growing, this is my second run. First was without this complication. I am growing Hulk Berry from Royal Queen Seeds in Ocean Forest soil, and watering with tap water PH 6,2 - 6,5. average RH 75%, TODO GROW Thunder LED light, 5 gal SmartPot.
Can anyone advise what should be the reason and how I can fix this?

I have added one more rotating fan into growing room to increase air circulation, and also bring bit more cooling air for my flowers.

I think you got it wrong. Not hot as in temperature-wise...

With "soil being hot" he meant that soil has too much nutes in it, too high EC ... and that burns plants or cause lockouts and other issues...

Uuups, my bad. In this case I can only wait and hope that pouring just water will help.

Those leaves showing rust are being suffering, and burning. I have better insight into what is happening now.
Many thanx
