Drooping Leaves with Brown Spots @ wk 2

I'm 2 weeks and a couple days into my first grow. Leaves on all three are drooping. Largest plant of the three has brown spots on lower leaves.
Figured I may be overwatering since algae was appearing on the perlite. So I let them dry out some. Still droopy.
At this point, was only giving filtered water with some silica (~230ppm and ~6.1 ph)
I transplanted to 3 gallon fabric pots @ the 2wk mark thinking they may be getting rootbound.
Initial water after transpant was the same as above + a dose of TPS One and CalMg supplement.
Still droopy after transplant.
Strain: OG Kush
Medium: FF soil w Ocean Forest at the bottom (pretty sure roots haven't touched it yet)
Daytime temp: 77-80°F
Nighttime temp: 67-68°F
Humidity: 55-59%
Light: 645W Bar LED (18hr on/ 6hr off)
Tent: 4x4
Inline Fan & oscillating fan during daytime.
Any help is much appreciated!

How much, how often do you water?

Early on maybe once every two days. I thought I was letting it dry out enough. This lasted for a little over a week.

I began noticing algae on the perlite that was on the surface, so I started letting it dry out more.

Now, I water maybe once every 3-4 days, but really just waiting for it 1.5 inches to get pretty dry. Haven't seen anymore algae.

Also, when I water, I do so until a little water begins draining out of the bottom.

Probably way to much water if your getting water from the bottom it small plant don't think it can drink as fast as you are watering it

And dont add anything to the water. You dont need cal mag or anything else for awhile

Also 6.1 ph is pretty low for soil. They recommend 6.5-7.5 for soil so I would raise your ph some also and it’s way to early for feeding those little plants. I would just use tap water if that’s an option.

U are beating them up with your light. Seedlings dont need hardly any. Adjust your par to around 300 and u will see results in days.
How much light u giving em currently? I bet thats half your problem.
If u dont know download photone app. Free for android but cost a few bucks for iPhone.
Lighting can affect how fast medium dries out to how fast plants drink and so on. When leaves curl it can be overwatering but also can be leaves running from light and drooping from being exhausted. They should be praying most of the day.

Water out he bottom of that pot? Far too much water like Lizard said.

You most likely have some root rot. Give it 5 days at least before more water. Life the pot, feel the weight. If possible fill an equal pot with dry soil and compare weight.

When it’s dried out enough, but not too dry! Give it 500-1000ml of water and build from there.

Tbh I’ve never personally recovered a plant that looked like that but should be able to with the right care.

If no progress within a week or so id just start again. In fact maybe even start again while this struggles?

@Creature1969 i assume u don't agree. I definitely concur with the overwatering diagnosis. But the other half of his issue could be light induced. Light burn can also look like a defiency especially that young. But whenever/whatever issue a plant is having its a gd thing to reduce light. Blasting a sickly plant only makes things worse.
He mentioned alot about his environment but nothing about par dli or light distance. With 650 watts during seedling hope he's only using 1/6 of that. Just my thoughts, if I'm wrong pay it no mind. Much success OP!

I think once u get the watering and lights dialed in u will be fine. Dont start over. These plants will look like new in 2 weeks. Thats the plus of being photo's. U got time. Plus u get the experience. U could've waited a lil longer before transplanting to let roots get more established. Just don't saturate complete pot til it gets bigger. Let it get dry to the point of light drooping leaves. Early on u want them to stretch(roots) by searching for water. When in ffof some guys go 5-7 days without watering but go by her size and how fast she drinks.

Good catch I didn’t even see the 650w light that’s a lot of power for a small plant. Like you say hopefully it’s only at minimal power.
