Hard water can be a source of problems as minerals from the water build up in the pots. The pH ends up too high then all sorts of problems crop up that are hard to do anything about other than flush well to remove all the excess salts and make the last water to go thru a good feed at about 1/2 strength max.The yellowing is getting higher up the plants tbh, they look worse now!
Iv given some epsom salt now in the hopes it helps, Cal/mag iv been told should be 3:1, mine is 100/1
I avoid all that by using RO or distilled water. When my plants have problems it's because of my screw-ups dammit and not the bloody water.
If nothing else you might want to make it 2ml/L each next feeding and get a bit more N in there. Some plants just start fading old leaves earlier than other too.
