Root rot S.O.S

My dumbass thought it'll be possible to just keep the little girl on emergency lighting (120w CFL), keep it in regular plastic container rather than smart pot AND relatively high humidity. I'm 99% sure I've got root rot. Tried to move the girl to a bigger SMART Pot with fabric lining to promote airflow , with as much new soil as possible, and watered lightly with a combination of voodoo juice and revive from advanced nutrients, as well as direct a fan into the soil to dry it faster. So I see only signs things are getting worse. I've heard one can use hydrogen peroxide to counter this but I've also heard it's dangerous and concentration is key. Can anyone please me figure out what's the next best step here?

I don't see any signs of root rot. It would appear as a nutrient deficiency, with curled leaves. The plant would look like shit. This plant just looks droopy like she needs some rest.

Maybe it's the light. What are your concerns?

You don't have root rot
You may have a shocked plant because you keep making changes
Let it grow out of this funk

Well I know I put this thread in the newbie section but this is actually my 7th grow and the first time I'm trying half cycles where one is in the blooming the grow room and another is in the nursery, but the problem was the one posted in the picture grew out of the nursery size I had faster than I planned as it's sister is not ready to be harvested.

The plant was getting water and nutes once a week because that's how long it took for the soil in the plastic container it was in to dry ( my fault, room is 70% moisture, should've had better ventilation).
The plant looked OK for weeks then started drooping. New growth below
started wilting and upper new growth is deformed as well as is evident in the Pic where in holding the stalk in my hand. when I tried to move it to a new container, all of the big main stems straight up fell to the side. You can see in the Pic I had to lean it against the wall otherwise it would be in on the floor. I could try to uproot it from the new smart pot to check if the roots are brown/slimy I'm just afraid I might do more harm as stems feel soft and hollow to the touch. Attached more pics as well as Pic if the current blooming older sister

You need to take a step back for a moment bro, you are doing more harm than good.

Firstly your light is very bad so your plant will not be great as it is, you have just transplanted her so she is going to be in shock and not very happy for a couple of days, you have then blasted the pot with a fan which will either make the roots cold and upset her, or you will use a heated fan and cook her, then the air blowing up from the pot will cause wind burn.. you are going to end up killing your plant.

Getting more air into your soil / coco comes from the water that you put in, when using a fabric pot you are stopping the plant becoming root bound because they can not grow around the pot because of air pruning (killing the roots when they get near the sides)

If you are growing in coco try some high frequency fertigation (water daily atleast) to get more air into your pot. , if in soil just let her dry out until the pot is dry and water until 20% run off again.

Considering this is your 7th grow you are making a lot of newbie mistakes, in the kindest possible way i think you need to research growing again, use guides like growweedeasy etc.

Dont think im being a dick, its jsut for someone who has done a few grows you are making some mistakes that you should not be making.

You said you JUST transplanted it from a plastic pot to a smart pot. Did you not check the conditions of the roots when you transplanted? Would have made more sense than trying to yank it out of the pot again to look.
