this is why i support the tea party. even if they are anathema to my values, they are a third party.

If you take the same pie and instead of cutting it into 1/2, cutting it into 1/3... Is it a better pie?

it is more like we have a pie with two flavors in it. does it make it better to add a third? maybe, maybe not. depends on what flavors you like.

Well that is a very rudimentary analogy. To answer yes or no would acknowledge that it fits this debate, which it does not. R vs D is a false dichotomy.

Why not take the cash? To hell with them.. Your suggesting it'd be okay for a presidential candidate to be openly racist for votes? Are you a spineless brainwashed no moral having scum? That is so far beneath this country. Running on the old values of integrity honor, family, culture and freedom is what we're about.... right?

What I am saying is that the same people are in the pie. I dont know how tacking a different letter to the end of their name makes any difference.

I think it is pretty spineless to be affiliated with the klan and try to hide it. Clearly it is not beneath this country, or there wouldn't even be a debate.

To answer your question, do I think it'd be okay for a presidential candidate to be openly racist for votes, yes, I think that would be preferable to a candidate hiding his racism for votes. Do I feel like hearing about how black people only voted for Obama because he is black? Absolutely not.
