And yet still no power for some people a week later. The private sector doing a great job. Not necessarily pointing out that government would be doing a better job. But I can imagine if the power was government run right now. How many of these cry babies would be saying, look a week later still no power, fucking government power company, I wish it was privatized, they would be doing so much better.

Finally the power has been restored to most of the residents that are capable to have power. This shows that for profit companies will cut corners to make profits and were not prepared for a storm the should have been. Also the cable company on the east coast debited all the people's accounts that sandy effected and said it will not refund the money. This shows who really comes first when it comes to the bottom line. I sure don't want to depend on them if shit hits the fan.
