R/O water is usually free of just about everything. Very low ppm.does ro water have chylorine in it
Huh?????????dont they ad chloramine to some ro water in Cali?
Huh?????????
Probably. I think the r/o water you get out of the machines in grocery stores filters most of it out though. The home r/o filters get most of it out as well.i understand the small units remove them, i have one.
but there are R/o treatment plants and i heard they add chloramine to the water, b4 it gets pumped out to the cities
You're thinking of regular tap water. I don't know of any municipal water system that pumps RO water to end users.i understand the small units remove them, i have one.

There are a few but they are usually for desalination. You're thinking of regular tap water. I don't know of any municipal water system that pumps RO water to end users.
Yeah mine sucks too. I've been buying r/o water from the grocery store. I need to invest in one for home.Shit, I wish my tap water was RO. Right now it comes out at a pH of 7+ and 500 PPM. I've been using a RO unit for over a year now.
How much did you pay? It's the best thing you can do, trust me. I used to haul my five gallon jugs to the water store for years and now that's a distant memory. Check ebay for relatively cheap RO units.
Awesome. Thanks for the info.I got an extra seven gallon tank and I paid around $190 at a local vendor. I still use my five gallon jugs so the small tank that came bundled only holds 3.5 gallons. This is pretty much what I have, only it doesn't come with a tank or sink fixture:
