RIU site hijacked with pop-ups. Here's a fix for it for Firefox users!

Hit "Tools" and choose "Options." Choose the "Content" tab and hit the "Exceptions" button next to "Block pop-up windows." Now at the bottom hit the "Clear all websites" button then close and exit out.

What this hijack does is put in allowed exceptions for RIU, once that list is cleared, all pop-ups are once again blocked.

You can do this same thing for other browsers, you'll just have to wade through the specific settings for that browser, but that's the general idea.

Finally, it's a good idea to do a spyware scan just to make sure nothing is lingering in your system from it.
