I notice that around mid 4th week early 5th growth explodes, the stunted flowering could be due to overfeeding stress. but on the other hand I use a low base NPK 2-8-4 and haven't had much growth yet. they said theirs are done about 10 weeks so they will fatten up soon!

yeah me too, for example. Some of my fan leaf stems are straight purple my temps go from 75-79 to 65, so I'm thinking cold or genetics but I pester myself till I think its a deficiency so I gave a accelerated dose of Calmag with this watering haha.
Hope mine is that frosty thinking of getting a bloom booster don't know what kind tho. any suggestions ?
I'm still experimenting with nutes myself. This run i went organic, applying all the foods and additives to my soil, and in doing so i added too much bloodmeal, hense why my girl is so overferted with N, this has made it even harder to get out of the soil being as it's been ammended.
There's nothing wrong with continuing with your base nutrients as they are supplying a balanced healthy diet to your ladies and they seem to be happy to me. most bloom boosters will have a load of P or K and next to little to no N, which will cause you leaf drop too early and actually even more stretch, which you certainly don't need lol
