Requesting help diagnosing plant problems

I got 2 plants and each one is exhibiting its own set of issues.

I flipped to flower about 3 weeks ago (Dec 21st) - up until then I had no problems. Then a week ago I noticed little spots on my plants. I hoped they would just go away but theyve gotten progressively worse

Heres some more basic info for context

*Strain: Colorado Gas Can from Hoku Seed Co
*Indoor Grow
*Soil is Fox farm ocean forest in 7 gal pots
*Size of grow tent is 5x5
*Light: Mars Hydro TS3000
*Light distance from the top of plants: ~24 inches
*Temperature: Lights on 75-78 deg. Lights off ~71-69 deg. (We recently had a cold snap which brought the temps down to low 60's)
*Humidity: typically averages around 50%. I checked my sensor data and noticed recent drops to 39%
*PH of medium not tested
*PPM of medium not tested
*No signs of pests
*How often are you watering? Watering approximately 1/4 gallon of water per plant every 3-4 days
*Type and strength of nutrients used: GH Trio bottled nutrients. I started with light feed during veg and cut the recommended dose in half. During flower I used the medium feed and went with the full amount of recommended dose

Ph/ lockout issue imo. 1/4 gallon every 3-4 days, 3 weeks into flower? That doesn’t hardly seem right either imo. Wait for pros

Ive never been able to get the hang of the proper amount of water tbh. Only my 3rd grow under my belt so far. But yeah I initially felt like it could be a Ph/lockout as well. Someone I know said it looks like aphid damage?

Not aphids. Wait till your pots are light then water slowly until you get some run off. Repeat when its light again. That simple. In time you wont even have to pick it up. Youll be able to see your plant start to tell you first.

At this point in flower a 7.5 gal pot should be drinking about 1.5 gallons of water every 2 days. Water well and leave the pots sit in runoff for an hour, you could add soap to assist in peat absorption.

Oh wow I had no idea I was underwatering by that much. So do you think the issues the leaves are displaying are related to being underwatered or is it a Ph/lockout issue

Check the ec in and out and see if you got salt build up for starters. Im guessing for sure with that watering habit

Not now haha. Water thoroughly a couple times first. Do you feed the same way you water?
Yeah I mix the nutes into some distilled or reverse osmosis water which ever is available. Lately ive only been able to find distilled though. I feed, plain water, feed, plain water every 3-4 days. Ill change the frequency and the amount after reading this thread though haha

Id honestly go good ole tap in soil. I was more wondering if you were getting run off when you fed. It’s important with salt ferts
Oh nah, with 1/4 gal i never get any runoff. Maybe a few drops here and there. I start to get runoff at the half gallon mark and can maybe fill up like a small drip tray designed for a 1 gal pot at that point

Here are some pics for reference on the runoff I got with half a gal. Just one of these lil dishes gets filled

If you just start getting runoff at half gallon then id give it another quarter gal then wait 15 mins and drain your trays. Just what id do and no expert
