If I soak my soil that way, it takes a week at least for it to dry and I'd have 65%-70% RH. in my hut.
I've been there with some Nebula plants.
They had such dense buds and grew so stocky, one of em started to develop get bud rott near the end.
Luckily I had to cut only that one down, but rather been growing a little dryer since, and just do normal waterings without nutes and with a little more runoff instead of flushing them with tons of water.
And yeah, I personally try not to push my plants beyond what they can transpire and what I can naturally exchange through the air.
Dehumidifiers are a great, but I try to get by with as few devices and electricity as possible.
To give you an insight:
I keep my lung room at 35%-40% RH.
My ventilation system has no intake fan and the extraction runs at 200m³/h which is very low for a 5x5, but it has to be, because of the sound levels.
It might be a vulnerable point in my system, when the conditions outside are changing rapidly, but I've learned to work with it.
I didn't say it was wrong to use 3x pot, just that I'd be careful recommending it.
