Recurring problems with indoor grow

I agree with Polish, looking at the plants and lower leaves it looks like over watering to me. I has some plants a few months ago that
looked exactly like yours. I let my peat based medium dry out more between waterings and they took off

usually when plants are this young it is an over-watering issue

age of plants isn't it. it's how fast grow medium dries is the issue.
