recent Narc situation. Is it safe to grow again?

Hey guys, prolly some of you know what happend to me and my grow. long story short--> Narcs came to my house... and took my LEGAL grow away. and i went to jail for a DAY and got DA REJECTED (which is good, no charges filed)

But now, im thinking of growing again, safe? or wait to move out? (been planning to move with family to a bigger home)

Let me know guys.. I was so proud of my damn grow...it pissed me off so bad when they were cutting my babies down.

I have been thinking to just not grow at all..

What are the risks... am i blacklisted?

i would say move out start another gro. how did they manage to get to you in the first place ?

People from the government came to visit my friend when he had 6 plants by the window, they took it all without filling any papers. they said neighbors called in. he started another grow right away in the same apartment but indoor and he managed to finish his gro all the way. He did tell me that he felt being watched, but you kno how grass can make you think sometimes.

All i can say is narcs go home and let us do our thing.

If the cops busted in again you would have an excellent case for harassment.

this is what I say too, start a new grow asap, your legal, fuck them.... the simple fact that your worried about it is what they want...... don't let them rattle you.

You guys have to put your self in my position. Your a legal medical marijuana patient (i do need my medicine,without it i have to get synthetic drugs which i dont like, and i cant afford to pay so much for MMJ all thetime), was growing his own medicine. THen got caught, tooken to jail for a day, but got DA rejected (because the courts knew they would lose)

I just wanted more insight. Could they really, for example check the energy bill, see it rises due to a use of a HPS then come in again?

They know i am a medical marijuana patient, and so is my brother.

Also, Is it possible to get a warrent for search on a house, which they busted growing LEGALLY?

Also, if cops do show up to my house, without a warrent, can i tell them to just go away?

Well unless you are just smoking it to get high, you should continue to take your prescribed medications and ensure you have more for later. You don't want to get sick or worsen your condition do you?

Very true. And i dont want to start using that synthetic manmade bullshit. i always ends up me pissing out blood. and when i take the weak supposed "organic" stuff, it makes me sick.

yeh dude, fight for your right, a DOCTOR prescribed it, government agencies just need to bust people to keep there numbers up, im sure you were just an easy target.

My advice is not to open the door for cops. It's a snowballs chance in hell they will get another warrant signed by a judge, but they can still knock and talk if they feel the need to harass you.

thanks for the info guys.. I just really wanna know all the sides, and risks before continuing. Man i had such a nice grow, such nice babies.. i wouldnt mind doing it again, but i gotta think about it.

Since the charges were dropped you need to humbly request that your property is returned to you or reimbursed.

I know it is unlikely to get the plants back in good condition, but if they were then you could ride on double jeopardy laws until harvest!

But if you have a good reason tell me. Keep in mind, im a medical marijuana patient, and i can legally grow.

It appears you are legally covered and have been since you received your MMJ credentials. Get your legal property returned. Good luck and good growing.

I agree with most of the other posters here--if you are a legal patient and stay within the guidelines where you live you should start up again. I would even make the attempt to get everything they took from you back, even if it means retaining an attorney to help you--you are legal and what they did is BS. It might be a good idea to get an attorney's opinion as well.

Well I don't agree with the dumb as fuck post (uncalled for)... I think perhaps the message the poster was trying to get across is that even if you are legal in your State... you are still illegal in the eyes of the FEDS. If one of the State coppers is pissed that you got off they could notify the feds..... no it's not likely they'd waste their time doing so for your small grow.... but you never know.... some cops are just fucking pricks!

Until we get a case in front of the Supreme Court and they rule States rights over Fed rights on this issue we can't assume we are ok.

Excellent points. MMJ does provide cover under the U.S. Constitution. It's just a matter of time before the Supremes are forced to address the issue of states rights under the 10th Amendment. Until then, every MMJ grower/patient is at risk to be a test case.
