Real Basic Grow Sage

I Fu*ked up, I thought i knew it all and now i know i was wrong and my baby is paying for it ;(
I can only assume that what i thought was nitrogen deficiency was actually nitrogen burn since she hasn't gotten better and i did pile it on when i thought thats what she needed. In my defense,lol, i had read that during veg, babies take alot of nitrogen and less during flowering. so i over did it.
Now i am only going by the pictures in the J. Cervntes book i got, so let me know what you experts think and I will be investing in proper nutes for flowering. How Bad Is It?

Its all gone wrong for me, what i thought was nit burn was nit deffcny (i think), First off this was a Basic grow, with no routine of nutes or water, just thought i'd chance it! Im a fool, for the extra quid, i could know for sure what was wrong. I've thrown her into flowering cause im too unsure on what to do next, hoping the extra stress doesnt affect the nuges. Next grow wil have the meteres and all that craic, but for now, if anyone can give me some ideas on how to help Baby....... could this be overwatering? as i think i might have been overdoing it a bit.
