Ready to Transplant please help!

hey yall i got my babies coming alont nicely in 6.5 inch pots and they started from clone and have been in the pots for about two weeks and they are at 8-10 inches each do you think my babies are ready for a transplant into a bigger pot?

can you see roots at the bottom?
flip them upside down and gently sqeeze the pot. The root ball should fall out. Hold the plant between your fingers

hmmm i got some clay pots going should it still just pop right out?

im worried about screwing up the root system on them
