Think it’s ready or how much longer I should wait?

Look at all that sugar You're almost there! I look for 5%-10% amber trichomes on the bud, not the sugar leaves. Some like more amber, it's all personal choice. Great job on the grow

Your grow is looking great! Can you get a picture of the trichomes on the flower from the side so you can see the entire i shape. The buds look like they are about to go through a nice swell if you give them another 2 weeks. But from that point it’s personal preference as to the type of “stone” you prefer.
