Hello all I'm planning on building a 38x38x28" raised bed for my 4x4 tent I will be using 5/8" plywood as a base on 2x4 legs and 2x4 and 2x6 pine for walls I'll drill holes in the ply wood for drainage and place trays under it for runoff or incase I need to do a flush
As for lighting I'm going to start saving for some hlg 135w probably 4 or 5 of them
For soil I currently have 40gallons of soil I'm using now ffof and will add some new ffof to the bed when its built probably 40 gallons at a time until I fill it up.
What I'm wondering is if anyone has ever built a similar set up and if they have any suggestions
Also I'm wondering in terms of ammendments in between grows what would you all suggest? I'm thinking it's going to be about 145 gallons all said and done I plant on adding a bunch of pumice to the soil probably about 2cuft worth as I find ffof to be a bit to compact.
I have a worm farm set up and am hoping to use it for my primary inputs in the bin I've been adding a sprinkle of ground oyster shell meal, alfalfa meal, kelp meal, and glacier rock dust.
