Today's common definition is not the original origin of the word was my point. The origin of the word anarchy had more to do with "leaderless" as in all people are equal, no appointed masters, no subservient slaves.
I'd agree the meaning of the word, "anarchy" has morphed to the way you used it, in part by government propagandists design, since people who oppose equality often embrace an imposed hierarchy.
I like that Trump is less likely to drag innocent people into a nuclear war than Hillary, but being an Anarchist (in the original sense of the word) I'd prefer freedom over a kinder master. I have issues with all Politicians.
I'm not endorsing looting, it's senseless and wrong...which is another reason I'm an Anarchist, but I prefer to use the term "Voluntaryist" to self describe, as it is less scary to those who aren't know it all wordologists like me.
Yeah, forget personal responsibility. Just blame whitey because its easier that way.

Money doesnt have a color. People decide where they want to live. More popular places to live have higher land values and typically higher property values. Every person who buys a piece of property makes a decision about what that property is worth to them. That number is recorded and used for comparison of other comparable properties in the area.
It is supply and demand.
