Can you find me soething that says "acid eats your brain" ? I've read that x actually will, but I have also read that Weed does too, and we know that is not true. Im not disputing it, just want scientific confirmation.

Albert hoffman was surely a great man, and will be missed.

LSD 25 was found in NATURE, he was just the one to find it and synthesize it.

He lived until he was fuckin 102 yEARS OLD and he did more lsd then anyone on earth.
Most ppl would be happy to live to 80. So obviously its not that bad.

And if it does anything to your brain, its making you more Open Minded. You are just scared to try it just like all the haters that try to keep weed illegal, until you try it, you dont know shit

LSD fueled a generation that changed the world, and is still doing it! Acid heads from the 60's and 70's are some of the most progressive thinkers in our world today (the founders of Google and Apple, for instance). It is a absolutely life-changing drug that will open your mind to things you never thought possible. I highly cherish and respect LSD, however I do not take it (at least not any more).

LSD, just like any drug (including cannabis!), is not for everyone. It is ignorant to say that it is a horrible dangerous drug that eats away at your brain and causes irreparable brain damage, considering there is ZERO concrete evidence for this theory. It would be equally ignorant to say that LSD is as harmless substance in rank with marijuana. LSD is one of the most powerful mind altering substances, and there are MANY people who have been knocked out of orbit after a bad trip and never really came back. There is a lot that we don't understand about the way that the drug affects our brain, so its effects can't accurately be measured. It is most definitely not a party drug, and those who consume it should understand the gravity of its effects, and respect it as a spiritual experience rather than a new way to "trip balls."

Also, saying that LSD is not synthetic holds no water. That would be like saying that Marinol is the same as organic marijuana. It is certainly not. Marinol (though the active ingredient is THC) affects its users much differently than would normal consumption of cannabis. The drug does go through a lengthy chemical extraction process that changes the nature of the substance. Just because it is synthetic does not mean that it should be categorized with meth and heroin, either.

All in all, LSD is a powerful substance that should not be taken lightly, and skeptics should do some research before spewing drug war propaganda. In the case of LSD, there is just simply so much we don't know about it that it would be inaccurate to label it as either negative or positive. Just as is true with cannabis, the experience is different for everybody and each individual is free to make their own evaluations.:blsmoke:
