What is the term used to describe a grow where the light is put in the middle of a sheet of wire that is in the shape of a cylinder, and the grow light is put in the middle of it so it gets used 100%? Know what I mean?

I think you are referring to a "vertical grow", which is very efficient. I saw a guy getting 3 grams per watt out of a 600 watt light, which is awesome. Do a search on that term, and let us know if that's what you meant.
