ok thanks I will cut nutes down and lower phOuch. Way too high for little plants. Cut in half and ph for veg is better between 5.6-5.8.
Thanks for the info,, was hoping they looked healthy. I topped them a few days ago new growth is looking awesome. That is not tinfoil it survival blankets glued to the tops of the containers. suppose to keep heat out from the lights, as well as light leaking through the lid. I am hoping some of the heat does stay in the grow room I don't have much in the way of heating for this room just one heat vent. so far temps are around 75 to 80 degrees f.But PLEASE get rid of that aluminum foil on the buckets. I cant believe how many times i see this on here. Tin foil not only reflects no light at all, it holds heat like crazy and will raise the temp of the grow room. Your buckets dont need to be reflective, the mylar on the walls is just fine.
I don't see any real issue with the foil. Yeah, it's not all that effective really, but the OP is using CFLs, so the foil heating the air is a non-issue.Your plants are defiantly indica dominant( big fat fan leaves, very bushy look, short length between internodes and an overall short height) all signs of indicca dominant plants. And i dont know what dude is talking about having a problem for them being three weeks. If those are 3 weeks old from seed then you are doing just fine. Plants look healthy and your set-up looks fine. But PLEASE get rid of that aluminum foil on the buckets. I cant believe how many times i see this on here. I see what your saying but if your growing in a hot climate heat is a constant issue, why put anything in your grow room that not only doesnt really do anything but retains heat. I can understand why people put it in there grow rooms, its flat, it shines, its cheap. Makes sense. But tell me one time where you saw tin foil in any kind of medical/professional grow?I don't see any real issue with the foil. Never. Now, tell me the last time you saw flouros (Not T5s) used in a professional grow? Not everyone has the resources, the option of legal operation, or theI see what your saying but if your growing in a hot climate heat is a constant issue, why put anything in your grow room that not only doesnt really do anything but retains heat.
