Put it outside in C.A.

So I put my plant outside, cuz i dont really care for hiding it anymore. If someone in my house sees it, oh well fuck it haha. Its probably about 10-11 in tall, and I think it might have started to bud. Where I am the sun comes up about 6:30am and goes down around 7:00pm-8:00pm, If its budding is this fine? If it isnt, will it bud with these hours? And its winter, but i plan on covering it on a freezing night, but i prolly wont ever have to do that. But yea i just hope it hurrys up and buds.

It really depends on where you go. You can get a 2 bedroom apartment for as low as 700.00. Maybe try searching for apartments for rent in California and see what you come up with.
